Sonic Wrecks

For LMC, everything truly began with Sonic Wrecks.

The name of the site for a decade, Sonic Wrecks was originally a mostly serialised off-the-wall (and sometimes through it) sprite comic that primarily followed the adventures of the Sonic cast – an egotistical Sonic, a deluded Tails, an exasperated Knuckles and Shadow who just wanted some respect for being the star.  

Along with a bunch of idiots from another dimension, the bungling creative team trying to get them all to just get along (and more than a little fourth wall breaking) Wrecks changed the way the Sonic community thought of sprite comics, eschewing the 3-4 panel strip format and rewriting a lot of the established ‘rules’. Eventually moving towards more hand-drawn content.

Though originally discontinued in 2014 with the site’s change over to LMC, Sonic Wrecks is now back, and the ongoing story continues with a new look, a new style… and the same overly long disclaimers.
