Who we are
LMC is a website covering several avenues, acting as a hub for entertainment content. It presents audio files (podcasts, radio show recordings), comics and videos focused on the video game sector, historically around the SEGA brand and Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. It also acts as a repository of news, information, audiovisual media and entertainment in the aforementioned categories relating to the history of the communities it has been a part of. LMC is a collective of individuals, but is based primarily in the United Kingdom. LastMinuteContinue.com is an extension of the Last Minute Continue and Sonic Wrecks brands, seen across social media and serves an international audience. LMC staff and contributors are volunteers. Our website is https://lastminutecontinue.com, and users can contact LMC via our general contact email at contact[at]lastminutecontinue.com.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form as the standard component of the WordPress service. This incorporates the comment you have left, the name given, the email address, a related URL should one have been left and the visitor’s IP address, as well as a browser user agent string which is used to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address, also called a ‘hash’, may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment, including those values defined by the Gravatar service (if applicable).
