Sonic 4 Episode 1 and 2, now backwards compatible on Xbox One

If you’re a Xbox One user, you’re in luck. Major Nelson Just announced that Sonic 4, both episodes, will be backwards compatible on their next generation console. That is, if you bought it on Xbox 360 you can play it again on your brand new next gen Microsoft console. but if you didn’t buy it back then, or are using a different Xbox account, don’t worry. You can buy it from the xbox.com site or even by Xbox One’s digital store.

Sonic 4 join a long list of backwards compatible Sonic and Sega games that includes all the classics – Sonic 1, 2, 3 & knuckles, Sonic CD, and even Sonic the fighters along with other Sega goodies like Nights into dreams, Golden Axe, Streets of Rage Collection, Monster World Collection and Crazy Taxi, among others.
