Hatsune Miku DLC Announced for Space Channel 5 VR

With Tuesday’s release of Space Channel 5: Kinda Funky News Flash!, developer Grounding is wasting no time announcing future support for the VR title.

On Tuesday, the dev announced Hatsune Miku will be playable DLC for the game in the future. Miku is expected to join Ulala in her quest to dance the galaxy out of trouble from invading aliens. No release date was given for the content to drop.

Miku herself is an IP licensed to Sega, which the company has used to produced a series of titles. Miku has even shown up in SC5 related gear in one or two of her own games.

SC5VR, currently out on PlayStation 4, does have PC editions in the works with support for various VR headsets.
