DC Hacked to Play Video CDs

Now, the Utopia boot CD, the one that is used to play pirated games on the Dreamcast, can also be used to play Video CDs.  What you do is once the Utopia boot screen loads, take out the CD, and place your VCD in.  Currently, many features found on VCD players are not accessible in the Dreamcast.
