Fan Fridays: MountyTheBat
Good fan-made 3D renders can be hard to come by, so if you’re into that style of art, then you’re in for a treat this week. deviantART user MountyTheBat has put lots of effort into her 3D renderings, and it shows – in my opinion, these are some of the best-looking renders we’ve ever featured. Her work ranges from Sonic and Tails in a field to Amy and Big in the rain and everything in between. Many images utilize deep colors and fitting lighting to their advantage, and the end results all look impressive.

These are pretty good! I really like the Silver and Blaze one, tho I’m having a hard time telling just how much clothing Blaze is really wearing… X3″
Nice. A couple of these remind me of those old set pieces of Sonic and friends doing… you know, stuff. From back in the Genesis days.
The original artwork that that My Neighbor Big the Cat picture is based off of is gorgeous, not really a fan of the render. The best on here is the one with them on the train. Shadow looks weird with that nonchalant smile though, it’s kinda creepy, lol.
The last one is actually pretty good.
Love this artist style, the train room and the Blaze and Silver are my favorites!
Also I like the Chip one a lot, very emotional, though it was very dissapointing seeing how they brought Chip back to life in Sonic Runners with no explanation.
