Japanese Dreamcast Sales Figures 4/20/2000
From April 3rd to 9th, the DC got killed. Only 6,742 units were sold, compared to the 37,117 Game Boy units sold, and the 119,430 PS2s sold. However, the strong point was in software ratings. PowerStone 2 received a 31/40 in Famitsu’s book, and Dance Dance Revolution Club Version got a 29/40 by Famitsu, and 25/30 from the Japanese DC Magazine. This compares to several PS2 games getting anywhere from 27-29/40. However, the big winner was the new N64 Zelda, with 37/40, and Jikkyou Powerful Pro Baseball 2000 for the N64 with 34/40.
