That’s right, the 29th edition of Game Master’s Golden Joystick Awards are now open for voting, so now it’s time to put on your critic hats (or ties, or whatever you like to review things with) and vote in 14 different categories from Best Downloadable to Best Ultimate game.

Sadly there are only 2 Sonic related games in the entirety of the selection, but there’s another bunch of assorted SEGA games for the SEGA fanboy inside all of us.

And if this isn’t enough incentive for you, you can root for your favorite game AND win some epic swag, such as consoles and lotsa games.

The cute Uruguayan with 1001 voices, Ram The Dragon found her way into Sonic Wrecks one day and never left. We believe this is because she’s actually part-limpet on her father’s side. In any case Ram proved a most loyal Wreckser over the years and late 2008 was promoted to an actual staff member in charge of creative forum matters and was also given a pair of big boots to stomp around in and on those who don’t abide by E-On’s rules. Though not around the place as much due to real world business you'll still hear her on videos occasionally. In other news she once sailed around the world in a sieve, crossed the arctic with only a bevel sandwich toaster for company, once flashed the entirety of Luxembourg and has strange moon-based magical powers enabling her to bend black dragons to her will. Or something to that effect….
