Win Super Monkey Ball Step & Roll Goodies With Sonic Wrecks
Through a happy accident I’ve ended up with a spare copy of the new Super Monkey Ball on Nintendo Wii. So… spare game, its one of SEGA’s All-Stars characters… hey wait a second – its time for this week’s competition!
“AiAi and all his friends are stepping onto the Wii Balance Board™ in an all-new party game for the Wii™. Super Monkey Ball Step & Roll™ brings back what you love about Super Monkey Ball and promises plenty of surprises around every turn. Get ready for a whole new level of monkey madness as Super Monkey Ball Step & Roll rolls into your living rooms.”
At least thats what SEGA says, it also has a bunch of cool minigames, and this was actually one of my games which means its superduperextra cool. Sadly I’m not on the credits though. Boo.

Hmmm… I’m normally bad at creating characters, even for random stories. But, why not give it a try?
Name of character: Nani (Just like Japanese.)
Breed of simian: Capuchin monkey.
Characteristics: Always playful, Nani constantly gets himself into mischief. However, Nani pulls many pranks and ends up getting on the nerves of others quickly. Unfortunately, Nani does not always undertand what people mean; he takes things too literally and this usually ends with him being moody or upset when the others lecture him. Still, Nani’s heart is in the right place and he can always be counted on to do the right thing… eventually.
I’ll Give it a Try.
Name: Commander Tumble
Simian: Orangutang.
Characteristics: Commander Tumble is an orange Orangutang wearing an army helmet and a stick and he takes his job kinda too far. He would trains any monkey to perform within any monkey ball as if he was commanding a real army. Hes not a bad Orangutang but just mentally serious about his job (if you can call it that, its more of a hobby of his). He shouts at anyone hes teaching his skills too just to make them more diciplined. The irony of his training is, he himself would not fit in any monkey ball, due to the fact he is larger than the smaller monkeys.
Name: MiniMe
Simian: a baby Pygmy Marmoset
Characteristics: Smaller than every single character introduced so far, MiniMe is about the size of a human finger. While this isn’t so great in head-to-head or ball-to-ball combat, he can sneak around almost undetected if he wishes, or use small shortcuts only accessible to him. You could call him the monkey version of Stewie, from “Family Guy”… he’s small but got a big brain, and likes to make himself heard, even though most never notice him. No matter how hard he tries, he may go unnoticed, and this leads to him playing a few pranks. If you do manage to notice him, and you get past his rude manner(which is only used to get attention), he can be a great ally, with his genius, as well as a great friend. Occasionally, though, you’ll have to watch out so as to not slip on his tiny ball.
Francis (Fan of short)
chimpanzee
He is a huge fan of AiAi and the gang.He has documented all of their adventures and put them into a scrapbook which is his prided and joy. His dream is to meet the gang and join them in one of their adventures. He extremely dorky and clumsy. He also has a huge crush on Yan Yan.where’s Blue shirt with a white “F” on it.
I’m sure it’s worth a try to enter
Name: TamTam (in keeping with the Monkey Ball tradition)
Species: Golden Lion Tamarin
Characteristics: A unique individual, TamTam prefers to look at things in a different way to the others. The belief that bananas are prized beyond all compare means that TamTam can get caught up in his own world. Rather than take a safe route, he’ll use his additional stability with his tail to go along trickier courses, all for the bananas that they yield. Despite this, he has a phobia of heights caused by a freak updraught of wind catching his mane and sending him soaring into the air and getting him stuck in a monkey puzzle tree for a good few hours. However, he’s not a bad monkey at heart – it’s just that he is sometimes too focused on his goals to care about others. But when he understands what to do as a team, he is a helpful friend.
He also likes Golden Syrup on bananas.
Additional – Special Abilities in SMB levels:
> Bananas are double their normal amount
> Control on ground higher than average
> Air control is reduced due to TamTam’s mane giving more resistance
> Speed is lower than average
