Aliens Colonial Marines Cinematic Trailer ‘Works On Many Levels’

Whilst the game itself may have been delayed recently for the umpteenth time, to the point where one wonders just what Gearbox are playing at, a new trailer has actually surfaced for much anticipated Aliens title Aliens: Colonial Marines.

The trailer sees us follow the drip drip drip of some Xenomorph acidic blood as it eats down through a ship, showing how the battle between humans and aliens is progressing across several decks/floors. The result is a trailer going for that ‘cinematic epic’ feel, which has arguably been en vogue since the Halo 3 “Believe” trailer and taken to another stage with the recent campaign for Dead Island.
