Tracklist for Senoue’s “The Works III” Revealed

When Jun Senoue’s The Works III drops later this month on June 19th, there will be plenty of Sonic representation among the 24 tracks, and tons of rare live recordings for fans to enjoy.

The tracklist, which is below, includes performances from last year’s Tokyo Game Show, last year’s MAGFest, and the Game Symphony Japan concert from 2016. In all, half of the album’s tracks are live recordings.

The other half of the album isn’t so bad either, and includes the first album release of three pieces of music specifically composed for Sonic Mania Adventures. The main theme to Puyo Puyo eSports is also included, as are several Sonic Adventure-era tracks enhanced by the Sonic Adventure Music Experience trio of Act. and Takeshi Taneda. One such revision has not been released to an album previously.
