UPDATE: Sonic Generations “Blue Blur” Soundtrack Release Date & Tracks Confirmed
Good news soundtrack hunters! SEGA Japan have just confirmed via their Sonic 20th Anniversary portal that the official Sonic Generations soundtrack will be released on January 11th 2012 for 4,200 Yen.
Entitled “Blue Blur” the webpage contains aspects of both Japanese titles White Space Time and Adventures of Blue so we will be seeing both the console and 3DS tracks supported combining both in “a single memory” – as it should be.
The soundtrack will consist of the now standard three discs for a main Sonic game release, as well as a code for the Sonic Generations trophy room that will unlock the Dark Chao trophy and bundled sticker mimicking the Casino Night fruit machine graphics.

Nice to see the new sweet-sweet update! But both album interlaced as one? Love it!
Curious how many tracks altogether. And bonus tracks could be on the album
I am not looking forward to this at all.
…wait, let me rephrase that.
I am not looking forward to the fact that;
-I don’t even have the money to import this;
-This will most likely get an iTunes release to nearly everywhere besides Canada just like the Colours OST released in JANUARY, along with all of the 20th Anniversary soundtracks, Crush 40’s Super Sonic Songs album and their single, and Jun Senoue’s The Works album. In other words, no, we don’t even have them because of licensing and contracts over SEGA and iTunes – ****ing hell DX ;
-I can’t even support the release of Sonic soundtracks legally since I can only resort to a ripped soundtrack online due to the reasons I already presented.
Never got them in our country before, and I don’t see it happening anytime soon.
