Sonic Adventure 2 is one of the best selling games in PSN of October

Playstation blog USA has revealed today their sale chart for October, and Sonic Adventure 2 is present in the list.

The adventures of a certain blue hedgehog in his quest to stop Shadow from blowing up the Earth ( not that the moon can be saved now,isn’t it?) reached the second spot at the best selling digital games of the month;The Walking Dead Episode 4 was the best-selling game of the month.

But that is in the USA. European PS3 users are not that fond of zombies, since Sonic Adventure 2 is the best-selling game on their October charts.

Xbox 360 sales are also being very good, so we can call the game as a very good success for SEGA.

YUSH! unfortunately my PS3 is in for HDMI repairs at the moment…so I’m sorta borrowing my sisters lolz. Thank god for PS+ right now or I’d be spitting nails lolz.

I’m glad to be one of those who purchased it from the EU PSN 😀 Really enjoyed my first playthrough <3 They DO need to fix the DLC price and give us the free xmb theme, though \o/

But I'm so glad to see SA2 is selling well 😀

Good to see SA2 doing so well on PSN and XBLA.

I figured that would happen no matter what. Despite if people think the game is good or bad, no one can deny that it was a staple.

As long as Sonic Adventure 3 doesn’t happen, everything is fine.

Still waiting for PC Release…

Seeing how its the most overrated Sonic game of all time, I’m not surprised.

and thats why there MUST come a game where you can play ALL the characters again with a great story still hoping for SA3 :3 i still have the gamecube version :3

I gonna laugh when an SA3 is announced, younger fans get hyped for it, hoping it’ll be as good as the previous titles, only for huge waves of disappointment of the game being unplayable & anger of being lied to their faces flood the comments section of anything Sonic-related.

SA3 will be Sonic 4: a cheap nostalgia cash-in with no effort and no originality being put into the game whatsoever.

Younger fans like you don’t realize, that Sonic Adventure 3 will 1. NOT be developed without Yuji Naka. and 2. Will NEVER be released for a non-SEGA platform.

@StaticSonic7 – If that’s true, then explain why:

– Sonic 06 has no Chao Garden
– The game’s title isn’t Sonic Adventure 3 (for everyone who is gonna complain saying “It doesn’t have to be titled SA3 to be SA3”, then don’t say anything. That’s like saying Sonic Generations is the true Sonic 4 because it has classic game-play)

The game is similar to the Adventure series, but that doesn’t make it SA3. SEGA was going to title it Sonic Adventure 3 but they knew they game wouldn’t be that good because they has to rush it. So, they made the title different so that they can have more time. They also probably were going to put Chao Garden, but they didn’t want to have one of the key features of the Adventure series in this game
