Sega CD Emulator in the Works

First, we told you about the fan made Saturn emulator for the Dreamcast, now Andy Wolan, who is on vacation this week, has informed me that an unknown developer is working on a Sega CD emulator for the PC. We don’t know the emulator name or the person behind it, but we do know it might be released later this month. Take a look at this page for a screen grab.
