Review Copies Of Mario & Sonic 2016 Are Not Happening (UPDATE)

…That’s not something one would like to see. Destructoid has mentioned in an article that Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, which releases tomorrow in North America, will no have any review copies released:

The 3DS is getting Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games tomorrow, but review copies aren’t going out, so beware!

This also happened with Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric. However, things were more questionable then. Either way, it’s not fun to see round two of this.

Update: We are hearing that some users have gotten review copies.

I had reached out for more clarification, but it seems all that we know is that review copies are in limited numbers.
