More ChuChu Rocket News Ahead of Launch
Besides having 8 US servers and 2 Japanese servers, CCR users will be able to do loads more stuff, according to Sega X:
Chu Chu Rocket will be the first Dreamcast title to bridge the gaming communities of Japan and North America. Sega has announced that gamers from both territories will be able to test one another’s might in this Sonic Team puzzler. With two servers in Japan and eight in the United States, a “Global Ranking System” will tie everyone together. Furthermore, gamers will be able to create their own levels then upload them to the online servers to share with gamers of both nations. Despite the delay of Chu Chu madness, gamers are ready to “rocket” off on March 7th.
In any case, hopefully by next weekend I’ll be playing online, and soon after, I’ll have a review.
