Jet Set Radio for the PlayStation Vita delayed

Over at The Sixth Axis, they are reporting on a press release coming out of Sega regarding the impending release of Dreamcast classic Jet Set Radio for the PlayStation Vita originally due later this week. For those of you looking for that uki-uki waku-waku feeling on the go, some bad news: the game has been delayed. Worse news: There’s no telling how long the delay will actually last, only that the new release date will be announced “soon”.

According to The Sixth Axis, the press release states that the delay is for “necessary development optimisations”, which could literally mean just about anything. Given the gulf in horsepower between the Dreamcast and Vita, one would hope the game was not suffering from performance issues. We’ll let you know what we know when we know it.
