Help Wanted for Tyson Hesse Fronted Original Project

If you want to work with the man who literally helped change the face of Sonic to the world, you now have a couple opportunities.

It won’t be with Sonic, but with a new original project he is designing and directing under TAIKO Studios. Taiko earned an Oscar nomination for 2018’s animated short One Small Step, among a long list of other honors. The studio posted the need for an art director and story artist earlier this week.

As a follow up to some inquiries, TAIKO noted remote work is OK, but being on-site in Burbank, California is preferred. If you think you have what it takes, the email address to apply is embedded within the Tweet.

As to why Tyson is fronting this and not another Sonic related project–though that prospect shouldn’t necessarily be discounted–plenty of creatives try their hand at new, original projects to stay sharp, improve and expand their skill set.
