Emerald Dreams to Change

Neon Chaos has made a recent announcement concerning his online magazine Emerald Dreams. It will now become a weekly E-Mail based newsletter. Really, all that will change is the fact that E-Mail will now be used. There will still be fan art, and the features that were in the original ED will still be more or less intact.
