Creative Assembly Head Promoted to Sega Europe Chief Studio Officer

There has been a change in the ranks at Sega Europe.

Tim Heaton, formerly of Creative Assembly, is now the division’s Chief Studio Officer, according to Gamasutra.

Heaton previously held a dual role as CA’s studio director, and SOE’s VP of Studios. Now, Heaton will oversee all studios under the division, including Hardlight, Two Point, Amplitude, and Sports Interactive.

With Heaton being promoted, former Creative Assembly COO Gareth Edmonson will assume the role of studio director at the company.
