Australian Sega Theme Park Closes

If there were any indication that Sega’s presence is dwindling in size in the Land Down Under, this would be it.

The Sega World Theme Park in Sydney’s Darling Harbor will be closing its doors for good by the end of this week. The park got a major facelift last year, but it wasn’t enough. Even though park officials say that crowds came during the holidays, it was not enough to keep up a year round business. Harbor officials have already met to discuss what should be done with the soon to be empty space.
