XCOM 2 is a tactical turn-based strategy game developed by Firaxis Games and published by 2K. Set 20 years after the events of XCOM: Enemy Unknown, the game follows humanity’s struggle to reclaim Earth after losing a war against an alien invasion. Players take control of the remnants of the XCOM organization, now a resistance group fighting to overthrow the alien occupation.
