Batman’s secret is discovered by Hugo Strange, an ominous doctor seemingly behind the Arkham City initiative – which has turned part of the city entirely over to the warring crime families and sealed them off. Now thanks to Strange, Bruce Wayne is a political prisoner and inside the ‘prison city’ where everyone wants to kill him and carve out their own slice of… whatever this is. Catwoman is also in the city and the two will need each other to survive.
