It turns out that Scarecrow is making industrial amounts of his toxin at Ace Chemicals. You know – Gotham’s only industrial chemical plant and the source of a dozen dozen criminal plots. Who’d have thunk it!?

As if the Arkham Knight wasn’t bad enough for Batman, there’s also the matter of a serial killer going around maiming people, the Joker getting very chatty inside his head, and Ridder capturing Catwoman for a series of deadly trials.
