Tyson Hesse Confirmed Sonic Revolution 2020 Guest
On Saturday, organizers of the annual Sonic Revolution community event in California confirmed perhaps it largest guest to date, given the success of the Sonic movie: Tyson Hesse.
Hesse, who spearheaded the hedgehog’s redesign for the film, was cemented in a post on the Revolution social media account.
Hesse joins David S. Humphrey, the original voice of Shadow, on the current guest roster. There is already a ton of interest in Hesse’s appearance–almost 38,000 views of the above trailer have been logged as of the time of this article’s publication–especially given Hesse had to cancel his usual appearance at Emerald City Comic Con this year.
Sonic Revolution 2020 will be held the week of E3, on Sunday, June 7th at Whittier, California. Tickets are available now.
Cool it’s the guy we have to thank when Sega goes all in in trying to cling onto the success of the movie, if you want to know what the future of Sonic looks like go look at all those Lego games that get shoved out seemingly every month. My feeling is Sonic Team get’s phased out and some western studio you’ve never heard of makes these Lego caliber games while Sega spitefully refuses to give us another Mania like game. We dodged a bullet with Boom now Hesse has personally handed Sega a fully loaded M60.
That is an interesting way to look at it.
