Sonic Jump, now free for iOS

Are you a iOS device owner? You still haven’t got your hands on the latest Sonic game published on the platform, Sonic Jump? Now might be a good time to get it. The game is now free for iOS users for a limited time. The game is also available to Android users, but at its regular price of $1.99. It had also a recent update that fixes compatibility issues with some Android devices and squashes several bugs, including making the text size bigger (since it was too small before).

You can download Sonic Jump for free on Apple App Store, and with its regular price at Google Play Store.

Ahaha glad I decided not to waste my money on a game designed for quick cash. This game is surprisingly fun!

God damn it, I payed for it yesterday D:

This game has a surprising amount of polish from the well animated menus, the great style of the cutscenes and the music even if sadly sounds way too compressed.
The level design is often very dickish throwing a bunch of spikes requiring you to make pixel landing on the edges of the platforms to avoid them, also wish that jumping on a badnik gave you a bounce there’s really no reward for hitting them unless you are trying to complete a “destroy x number of X badniks” mission. Really hope this team is working on Sonic Temple Run.

I picked this up today, thanks for the tip. And I gotta say, I just didn’t like the feel of it. I think it’s the mainly pointless tacking on of the missions, and the unremarkable, music that mars it for me. As a free game, very good. However if I had had to pay for it, I think I would be disappointed.
I second SSJSonic: a Sonic app with Temple Run gameplay would be a great thing indeed. So much potencial there.
