Sonic Dash Crosses 400 Million Downloads
Sonic Dash has been in the mobile marketplace for more than seven years now, but the F2P endless runner continues to be a workhorse for Sega and for developer Hardlight.
The app crossed 100 million downloads in 2015. Five years later, it has a new landmark to celebrate: 400 million.
The milestone marks Dash as, far and away, the most downloaded Sonic game ever.
To mark the occasion, Hardlight will release new runners, as part of the company’s continued efforts to maintain a strong and active userbase. The first runner, Slugger Sonic from Sonic Forces: Speed Battle, was released within the past hour:
More are expected to follow in the coming days and weeks.The next major milestone Sonic and company will run towards will be 500 million, or half a billion installs.

Congratulations to Sonic Dash! I remember getting it for the first time in High School. Feels like forever ago. I may just pick it up again since slugger Sonic seems so cool.
