Sonic ANIME Localization News

Straight from the San Diego ComicCon, here’s some more news, let’s start with Anime info, with voices and such:

Sonic — Martin Burke
Knuckles — Bill White
Tails — a girl (don’t remember name)
Eggman — Edwin Neal
Metal Sonic — Martin Burke (computer aided)

All the staffers agree that the voices are a bit too high pitched. But you should be able to get used to them very fast. A few changes were made:

Sera is now Sara.
The part where Knuckles says “sh*t” is now “Oh no! I’ve been hit!”

The other mature scenes (Sonic giving the finger and Tails/Sera scene) are still in.

If you don’t know what the Tails/Sera scene is, Tails’ paw is on Sara’s chest. There’s also a scene where Sera appears to be breast-feeding. (This is not a joke.) But that scene is very obscure, so we don’t know if it was taken out.
