Sonic After the Sequel Misses Release Target
Several weeks back, you may remember Sonic After the Sequel producer LakeFeperd proclaim that the Sonic fan game, the latest in a line of his popular fan games, would be out by the end of April, whether its planned soundtrack was complete or not.
But with most of that music now coming together–and with April 30th now behind us–the rhetoric has softened somewhat. It now appears SATS will be released as intended, with its full music in tow.
“Sorry if the game is not going to be released today but we’re really close to completing it and I don’t think there’s a reason for me to release the game without the soundtrack anymore,” LakeFeperd wrote yesterday morning on Sonic Fan Games HQ.
While fans wait for the game release, much of the game’s music is already available to stream and listen to via services like Soundcloud. When the game is out, we’ll let you know.
