Sega Arcade Machine Lego Voting in Final Hours

Have you ever wanted to own a miniaturized arcade cabinet? Perhaps a mini-figure of Yu Suzuki would be a nice addition to your Lego collection? Or do you want to just send a message to Sega that one project should be the building blocks for more considerations in a Sega-themed Lego line–including an already much-supported project?

Then it may be worth your time to send a vote to the current Sega Arcade Machines up for consideration from SpacySmoke on Lego Ideas. This is a second chance for these mini-machines–originally they met the 10,000 supporter threshold but were ultimately not approved by the Lego board when created two years ago.

The set would include model arcade cabinets for Out Run, Space Harrier, and Thunder Blade, as well as a proposed Yu Suzuki figurine, as well as a male and female player.

We are not sure of the current tally of votes, but we do know the set is going up against Stitch (of Disney’s Lilo and Stitch fame), an artsy Yellow figurine, and an International Space Station model. Voting for Sega may also help send a message of interest for more Sega-themed Lego merchandise, including this Sonic Mania proposal from Toastergrl. Voting ends tomorrow morning ET, with the winner announced later Tuesday.
