Rlan Back on SFGHQ

Rlan of the SFGHQ has returned updating after fixing problems previously reported in the Sonic Scene. His computer problems only cut him off from the Internet for about four days. Hopefully such a problem will not happen again, but when you deal with several fan games and utilities, some containing viruses, it is an unpredictable job.
