It appears that the SA sequel and the spin off game featuring an SA character can be confirmed true, as no one so far has denied such a statement. However, it puzzles me why this was not announced by the Sonic Team themselves, so someone else may be developing these titles. As for Sonic 3 on Dreamcast, no one has confirmed nor denied this yet.
