So much good stuff going on in this cover, I’m especially fond of Burning Blaze, Gemerl, the Extreme Gear making a come back, also it’s nice to see everyone together, even Tangle.
Someone’s missing, and I don’t mean one of the Freedom Fighters.
Whisper? I guess they didn’t include him/her in the cover to avoid spoilers
Yeah! Where the hell is Big and Froggy at?!
I think I’ve found myself hating wisps almost as much as I hate minions.
They’re cute and all and they were nice in Colors, but seeing them shoehorned into EVERYTHING just makes me wish they weren’t there. They were supposed to be aliens that only existed in in certain parts of the universe, but now they somehow find an explanation to put them everywhere.
Meanwhile Silver and Blaze exist in other dimensions or timelines yet rarely does anyone get angry about their random barely explained appearance in some games or media. Wisps are as shoehorned into things as much as all the other “friends” except maybe a bit better as they serve as powerups while the “friends” stand around and annoy with their asinine dialogue.
Iizuka doesn’t give a shit about half the moon getting blown up not being reflected in games that are a sequel to the event where that happened do you think he’s gonna care that he didn’t make Color’s ending open-ended to explain wisps being in later games?
It looks very legit.
Yo! Gemerl! I haven’t been reading, but I am quite shocked and happy to see him there.
