E3 2000: Samba de Amigo Impressions
Gaming Age finally has some thoughts up:
There’s nothing that will get more attention than people shaking and posing with maracas to Ricky Martin’s Livin La Vida Loca. Samba de Amigo is one of the most popular attractions at E3, and it’s easy to see why. The game plays very easily as players shake their maracas high, middle, or low in the air. The maracas are height and motion sensitive thanks to the pad that players step on during play. During a song players are even required to pose at certain points, holding both maracas way up high, or them pointed diagonally away from each other. Playing and watching people play Samba de Amigo is a complete riot and tons of fun.
