Dreamcast Breaks Records in the UK
Some good news in the UK; here’s the info:
Sega Europe have announced that 40,000 Dreamcast pre-orders have been placed in the UK alone. Considering that it’s a fraction of the European market, it looks as though DC is set to repeat its American success. Many games stores are opening at midnight tomorrow, including Electronics Boutique, HMV, Virgin Megastores, and Tower Records. The figures for the rest of Europe have yet to come through.
