Copy Dreamcast GD-ROMs?

Once upon a time, CDs were only able to hold about 650 MBs of data. Sega wanted to expand that capacity for the Dreamcast without using expensive DVDs. So, Yamaha made a format which would allow 1 GB+ storage capacity on Dreamcast CDs (or GDs). This would prevent allowing pirates to copy software onto regular CDs…until now.
