How DO We Fix Sonic?

It started simply enough: as their debut video, the “Good Blood” YouTube channel posted a breakdown of what they thought Sega should do with Sonic the Hedgehog. That was all the spark I needed to finally put down all of the criticisms and solutions I’ve been building up in my head, not just about how Sonic works in 3D, but about the stigmas surrounding the franchise. It’s a long ride, but I’ll leave you to decide: am I just another weirdo Sonic fan that’s shouting into the void, or am I right on the money? The only way you’ll know is to push play.
