Sonic Mania Flying Battery Zone Act 1 Knuckles Footage Uploaded
Burbank, California — May 11, 2017 — Today, SEGA® released brand new Sonic Mania footage featuring Knuckles the Echidna gliding and climbing through Flying Battery Zone Act 1.
Sonic Mania is the ultimate celebration of past and future, blending Genesis-era Sonic platforming with New Zones, Powerful Bosses, and three Playable Characters, all presented at a gorgeous 60 FPS. In the span of 25 years, Sonic has collected countless rings across various Zones, and Sonic Mania revisits what it was that first made Sonic great, giving old and new fans alike an experience that will leave them smiling.
Sonic Mania is developed by SEGA of America in collaboration with Christian Whitehead, PagodaWest Games, and Headcannon. It will be digitally available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch this Summer 2017.

They said it, digitally.
Really hoping Knuckles has alternate paths like Sonic 3 & Knuckles had, really added to the experience.
Ah, I see why it’s gonna be digitally
We still don’t know how many stages exactly are gonna be in it. We know of four so far. And they said that 40% of the stages are brand new while the rest are reimagined classics. My hope is that it’s just as big as or bigger than the number of stages in Sonic 3 and Knuckles.
