SegaSonic.Net Lawsuit Update

The problem Sega has here is they are taking the two separate trademarks, “Sega” and “Sonic” and thinking that I mean them as two separate words, when it is actually one. The “SEGASONIC” trademark expired on April 12, 1995, and my site was about the Sonic from the pre-1995 era.

Anyways, I am going to see if I can sell it to them in the deal because of this discrepancy.

And I removed all the html files now.. you have to access the site via FTP.
